Forms (Important)

The <form> tag is used to create an HTML form for user input.

Imagine this – You have a page asking you to type your username and password. There is also a submit button. Now you want to make sure that on the click of the submit button a thank you page opens, you use the form tag.

<form action=”FileName.html”>

</form>

The action attribute specifies where to send the form-data when a form is submitted. My next post will be an example.
